About Proactive Football Coaching
Our football coaches work with high standards so that you can be confident that your child is receiving the best coaching available outside professional football Academies. Players are coached in small groups to ensure they receive individual attention from the coaches throughout the session. All our sessions are overseen by out head coach Mikhael, who is an ex international player, to ensure all player received support to improve their game
About The Coach
Head Coach Mikhael Jaimez Ruiz is an ex international with over 10 years experience as a professional player. As well as coaching at Proactive Football Coaching, he has also played and coached both in the UK and abroad including coaching players at both Watford and QPR Academies. He has also travelled to other countries to coach young players. Mikhael has worked with professionals players in the Football League.
Mikhael oversees our weekly football training which is available for players at grassroots level, mentoring young players and passing on his knowledge to help them develop and gain confidence as they represent their local teams.
In addition to his professional playing and coaching experience, Mikhael holds the FA Advanced Youth Award which is the equivalent of the UEFA A Licence for Youth Football, he has a degree in Sports Science and he has both UEFA A licence (Outfield and Goalkeeping).
